It’s been a great week here at Formula Botanica! We heard on the 7th of September 2016 that we’ve been shortlisted for the Learning Technologies Awards in the following two categories:
- Best Online Distance Learning Programme
- Excellence in the Design of Learning Content

Formula Botanica is in great company on the 2016 shortlist – we’re listed alongside projects and products from over 15 different countries. The independent judging panel, made up of over 40 experts and organised by the eLearning Network, worked tirelessly throughout August to create the Learning Technologies Awards shortlist and we’re so honoured to find ourselves on their twice. Our team will now face the judging panel again in two separate presentations in London in September 2016.
We moved all of our courses over to our new eLearning platform in March 2016 and the feedback we’ve received from students has been phenomenal. We decided to enter the Learning Technologies Awards because we’ve worked tirelessly on our over the last couple of years (including receiving distance learning accreditation from the Open & Distance Learning Quality Council for our teaching methods) and we want to show our students and followers that we take their learning experience very seriously.
We’ll be attending the big Gala dinner in London on the 30th of November 2016. We would be hugely excited to win one of these categories, so keep your fingers crossed for us!
