Welcome to our very first vlog! Ever wondered what our days look like at Formula Botanica? We’ve decided to capture some of them for you to bring you with us on our journey of running an award-winning organic cosmetic science school. In this vlog, Lorraine takes you with her to the final judging day for the Free From Skincare Awards 2018.
Since 2015, Formula Botanica has taken part in the judging process for the Free From Skincare Awards. Lorraine, Timi and Gemma have all sat in the judges’ chairs and helped choose the gold, silver and bronze award winners that grace the UK and Irish markets. This year was no different and both Lorraine and Gemma got to take part in multiple categories, including facial oils, haircare and make-up.
We were also very proud to sponsor the haircare category for 2018, given the success of our online Diploma in Organic Haircare Formulation, which we launched back in the summer of 2017.
Join Lorraine on a short journey up to London in this vlog, where she has the privilege of judging the facial take-off, facial leave-on, haircare, make-up and lip balm categories at the Free From Skincare Awards 2018. Meet some of the other judges, as well as the awards coordinators.
The winners of the Free From Skincare Awards 2018 will be announced at an invite-only event at the London Olympia on the evening of 5th of July. Lorraine will be presenting the awards for the first time, so we look forward to spending the awards evening together all of the movers and shakers in the natural beauty world.
