Alanna started with a mission to fight lip pigmentation and educate consumers about better lip care. To help with dark lips, dry lips, and everything in between, Alanna sources a mix of the finest organic and science-backed ingredients by conducting in-depth research and selecting only those ingredients that pass the bar to provide effective results without any side effects. With over 10 product offerings and being one of the first brands to offer category-based products, most of them trademark registered, Alanna is set on disrupting the beauty industry by solving every lip problem – one at a time.

Rashi Mehra, founder of the brand, started Alanna in 2021 as India’s first specialised lip care brand after a long journey in the corporate world, where she worked with some of the best-known global brands like Tata, Lenovo, and Samsung. Rashi had a longing to create something of her own. While the beauty world has fascinated her since her childhood, she lacked professional training in the sector. That’s when Rashi found Formula Botanica. “The courses I studied at Formula Botanica enabled me to be more informed and confident in my business. They also equipped me to create innovative, premium-quality products for my customers.”
