Formula Botanica is the accredited and award-winning online cosmetic science school and we currently host thousands of students based in 150+ countries around the world. We are always interested in hearing from enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to help us run our huge global school.

We’re a virtual team and that brings its own set of challenges, particularly with communication, so we are looking for people with excellent communication skills who are capable of working independently without a lot of direction.

Please note: we are looking for people who are as passionate about natural beauty as we are and are looking to build long term, collaborative and fulfilling relationships with our staff and students. A few notes regarding employment at Formula Botanica:

• All of our positions are home-based, as we are a remote team.
• Our staff works set hours on set days. We don’t have ad hoc work available unless it’s for a specific project.
• We expect our team members to work similar hours, so we all tend to start at 8–9 am GMT.
• We work five days a week, and occasionally at weekends during very busy periods. Virtually all roles at Formula Botanica will require you to work 5 days a week, during our office hours.
• Although we are willing to consider exceptional candidates outside the UK/EU, we do prefer you to be near to our time zone so that we can all work at the same time. 
• We are a great employer and look after our staff.
