Founded by Melissa Van Den Assem, Shiloh Wellness is a Canadian skincare brand located in rural Midwestern Ontario offering products that are proudly handmade and inspired by nature. The brand is aimed at helping busy millennial women gain peace of mind through its simple and effective products based on a core of beneficial, natural ingredients. Shiloh Wellness started out in 2015 as Mellie’s Natural Skincare, and after Melissa graduated from the Diploma in Beauty Brand Business Management in 2021, she had the confidence she needed to totally rebrand her business. After completing the Diploma in Organic Skincare Formulation, she was able to add more stable, well-formulated products to her line.
Formula Botanica helped Melissa rebrand her business one step at a time. She says she would never have been able to do it as smoothly as she did without the support of Formula Botanica and the knowledge gained on its courses.
