Shatha credits Formula Botanica with strengthening her confidence and professionalism as a formulator. Through the hands-on learning process, she developed clarity and precision in formulation science, gaining the ability to troubleshoot, refine, and tailor products based on skin needs and performance goals. “Most importantly, Formula Botanica empowered me to think like a professional,” she explains. “I now follow GMP practices, document my batches, and design formulas that are not only effective, but aligned with my values.” This foundation has enabled Shatha to move beyond following recipes and begin creating with purpose, taking the first steps toward building a trusted and authentic skincare brand.
