Dr Tatley credits Formula Botanica with significantly strengthening her formulation expertise and professional confidence. Although Azurlis™ was launched before she joined Formula Botanica, she explains that her skills, knowledge, and understanding of natural and organic skincare deepened substantially through the courses. “My formulation expertise and overall understanding of the natural skincare universe went up many notches,” she shares. She continues to use The Lab as a form of ongoing professional development, valuing the practical, science-led education and resources that support continuous growth as a formulator.
