Lissette started her business with knowledge gained from becoming a Certified Clinical Master Aromatherapist. Once she went to market and began to grow, Lissette realised that there were technicalities involved with making more advanced formulas like gels, emulsions, or cleansers that she did not learn from her aromatherapy certification. Lissette says that Formula Botanica very clearly and concisely taught her everything she needed to learn in order to make advanced, competitive products to take to market.
