Wildflower Botanicals, founded by Anna Carolina Lopes, is an independent British business that offers natural and eco-conscious products for wellness. In early 2020, during the first COVID lockdown, Anna felt that it was important to create products that gave people comfort and relief during those difficult times, and that’s when her best-selling aromatherapy collection was launched. The brand’s massage and bath oils and salts were so well received that her passion for organic skincare continued to grow, which led her to embrace a new challenge and take her formulation skills to the next level by enrolling in Formula Botanica’s courses. Anna learned so many new techniques and is very excited about what the future holds for her and her brand as she continues to learn from Formula Botanica and her student peers each day.
Formula Botanica gave Anna the foundation she needed to take her formulation skills and products to the next level. Anna says it was very important for her to learn how to make stable, safe, and high-performance products that were also organic and sustainable. Her new-found knowledge enabled Anna to create her beauty ranges. She started her wellness brand in 2020 but enrolled with Formula Botanica to improve her formulation skills and learn new techniques and how to make high-performance cosmetics. The knowledge she gained has inspired her to create a facial care range to expand her initial brand offering.
