Formula Botanica gave Monica the confidence and inspiration that she needed to start making and selling skincare and haircare products formulated with natural ingredients that feel amazing and smell incredible. Staiker is focused on active and sports-oriented people, a niche that Monica thinks is largely underexplored in the market. As a result, Staiker has succeeded in having a presence at the multinational athleisure retailer Decathlon.
