We’re bringing the Formula Botanica community together like never before — in person, all around the world!
This year, we’ve invited our amazing students and graduates to host free local meetups in their cities, and the response has been incredible. A big shout out to all of our student hosts – you rock! Now, it’s YOUR turn to get involved.
From Monday 10th November – Sunday 16th November, our wonderful community will be coming together around the world to connect, share, and encourage each other. These meetups are all about having fun, making friends, and building connections with fellow Formula Botanica students and graduates in your local area. Take a look at the free events listed below. Check if there is one close to you, and come join the fun.
What is the Formula Botanica Global Meetup Week?
We want you to get the most out of the Formula Botanica experience. Finding others than can support you is key when it comes to achieving your dreams — and these meetups are your opportunity to be part of that.
Whether you want to meet fellow formulators, spark new friendships with Formula Botanica student brands, or simply celebrate your journey in good company — we want to meet you!

All our free global meetups are listed on Eventbrite. Take a look at the instructions below on how to get a ticket.
Step 1: Find an event in your area
Browse the list of events below and choose the one you’d like to attend.
Step 2: Register via Eventbrite
Click the link for your chosen event and open up the Eventbrite listing. Once you reserve a ticket, you will receive a confirmation email. *Note: Please only reserve a ticket if you plan on attending. All events are free to attend.
Step 3: Save the date
Add the event to your diary! Both Formula Botanica and your student host will be able to see your RSVP.
Step 4: Have a great time
Please prepare to purchase your own refreshments, make new friends – and have fun!

FAQs
Yes! All Formula Botanica meetups are completely free to attend. There is no charge to join these events. They are organised by our amazing students and graduates who volunteer as hosts to bring our community together. Get your ticket from Eventbrite, show up, and enjoy connecting with fellow green beauty enthusiasts!
Please only reserve a ticket if you are sure you can attend. Spaces are limited, and by booking responsibly, you help make sure that everyone who wants to join has the chance to be part of the meetup.
If you can no longer attend, please cancel your ticket using the Eventbrite email you received when booking. This will free up your spot for someone else. If you experience any issues with cancelling, please contact [email protected].

Once you book your ticket, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite with all the event details included. Please make sure to save this email and add the details to your diary so you don’t miss the meetup.
We’re sorry if there isn’t a meetup near you at the moment. All of our events are organised by our wonderful student and graduate hosts, and we’re incredibly grateful for the time and effort they’ve put into bringing our community together around the world. As our global community continues to grow, we will be able to add more meetups in 2026 — so stay tuned!

Each event will last for around 2 hours. We emphasise the importance of having fun, enjoying great conversations, and making meaningful connections. This is what our meetups are all about!
Please purchase your own food/refreshments. Refreshments will vary depending on the location. If the student host has decided to provide something, that is entirely up to them on the day.
Tickets are for Formula Botanica students only at this time. These events are not being advertised publicly.
